Class 1 Highway Driver – Scheduled Dedicated Coast Run (Canada Only)

Job Description We are seeking a dependable, professional Class 1 Driver for a dedicated, scheduled highway run between the Okanagan and the Lower Mainland. This position offers consistent year-round miles, steady weekday hours, and weekends off. The run consists of 5 round trips to the coast weekly , primarily pin-to-pin, with one scheduled morning delivery Tuesday through Friday. Key Responsibilities Safely operate Class 1 tractor-trailer combinations between Armstrong/Spallumcheen and the Lower Mainland (5 round trips weekly). Perform pin-to-pin switches efficiently and complete one scheduled morning delivery Tuesday through Friday. Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain clean and compliant trip documentation using electronic logging devices (ELD). Maintain proactive, timely communication with dispatch regarding arrival times, highway conditions, and safety concerns. Keep assigned tractor clean, orderly, and well maintained. Equipment & Cab Policy Modern, well-maintained highway tractors and trailers. Strict Cab Standards: Must maintain a clean truck environment. This is a strictly non-smoking / non-vaping and pet-free (no dogs) cab. Requirements Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s licence with a clean commercial abstract. Minimum 2 years of Class 1 commercial highway driving experience (mountain and winter driving experience required). Punctual, dependable, and capable of keeping a consistent weekday departure schedule. Strong safety mindset and professional attitude.
