About the Role As a Class 1 Operator, you’ll be part of a skilled team delivering remedial cementing, fluid pumping, and stimulation services throughout the Lloydminster area and surrounding regions. You’ll operate specialized equipment, maintain high safety standards, and play a key role in ensuring successful project execution. Responsibilities Operate Challenger equipment safely and efficiently Conduct pre-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance Transport equipment and materials to job sites Assist with remedial cementing and fluid pumping operations Load and unload equipment and materials as required Maintain accurate paperwork and operational records Follow all company and client safety procedures Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members Requirements Valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence Clean Driver’s Abstract Experience operating an 18-speed manual transmission Previous oilfield experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong commitment to safety Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing We Want to Hear From You Whether you’re an experienced operator looking for a change or someone seeking a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we’d love to talk.
