Class 1 Driver/Operator

Overview We are looking to add Owner Operators and PR Class 1 Drivers to the team! Service areas are all over Canada & USA. Duties Safely operate Class 1 commercial vehicles for the transportation of freight across designated routes. Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed, ensuring proper handling and securement. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify any maintenance or safety issues. Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting to maintain vehicle operational readiness. Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs in accordance with company policies. Assist with the operation of heavy equipment such as forklifts to facilitate loading, unloading, and material movement within facilities. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies during operations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly. Requirements Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience driving in routes all over North America. Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations related to commercial driving and heavy equipment operation. Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary. Strong attention to detail for vehicle inspections, documentation, and safety compliance. Prior experience in freight transportation or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory. Commitment to safety standards, punctuality, and professional conduct at all times. Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 60.0 per week Work Location: On the road
