Position Title: Class 1 Driver - LCV Owner Operator Location: Edmonton, AB Delivery Area: Regional Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Schedule: Various Start Time: Late Afternoon We are seeking dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented Owner Operator drivers with LCV to join our growing transportation team. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in their work, consistently deliver high-quality service, and can operate safely and professionally in a fast-paced environment while representing the company. Responsibilities: Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight across local routes and regional lanes. Complete deliveries and pickups to customer locations within Edmonton in a safe, timely, and professional manner Operate equipment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements Secure freight using appropriate equipment such as straps, chains, and load bars, ensuring compliance with load-securement standards Transport temperature-controlled good in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections of the vehicle, including checking tires, brakes, lights, and cargo securement; promptly report any issues to the maintenance department for timely repairs. Accurately complete all required documentation, including e-logs, inspection reports, delivery paperwork, and incident reports Maintain compliance with hours-of-service regulations, safety policies, and company procedures Maintain flexibility to meet operational and customer demands, including variable schedules, overtime, weekends, or overnight runs as required Core Requirements Valid Class 1 driver's license Minimum 3 year of verifiable Class 1 highway driving experience LCV required Mountain driving and chaining experience required Night driving required Bondable and legally eligible to work in Canada Clean CVOR and driver’s abstract Strong understanding of road safety regulations, hours of service, and load securement Experience operating commercial vehicles in winter driving conditions Ability to accurately complete eLogs, vehicle inspection reports, and delivery documentation Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as required Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, safety-focused approach.
