FTEN Group of Companies Inc.F11 Piling Solutions | Grande Prairie, Alberta F11 Piling Solutions is seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver to join our team in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Our work supports piling and construction projects throughout Alberta and Western Canada, including off-highway and oilfield locations. We are looking for a safety-focused professional who is comfortable hauling equipment and materials in demanding conditions. Equipment You'll Work Around Tractor-trailers and heavy trucks Lowboy and equipment trailers Piling and drilling equipment Excavators, loaders, and skid steers Pile, pipe, tooling, and project materials Support equipment for remote and oilfield projects Responsibilities Safely transport heavy equipment, piling materials, and project supplies to and from job sites Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment and materials in accordance with applicable requirements Operate on highways, gravel roads, off-highway roads, and radio-controlled resource roads Complete pre-trip, post-trip, and required vehicle inspections Maintain accurate logbooks, trip documentation, and inspection records Coordinate with dispatch, operations, field crews, and customers Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Assist with equipment moves and site logistics as required Maintain a professional and safety-focused approach at customer and project locations Qualifications Valid Alberta Class 1 driver's licence or recognized equivalent Clean or acceptable driver's abstract Experience hauling heavy equipment and operating tractor-trailer combinations Experience with lowboy or equipment trailers is a strong asset Oilfield, construction, or off-highway driving experience is strongly preferred Experience on radio-controlled resource roads is an asset Knowledge of load securement and commercial vehicle requirements Ability to work flexible hours and travel to project locations when required Strong commitment to safe driving and equipment care Who We're Looking For We are looking for a professional driver who understands that safe equipment transportation is a critical part of field operations. The right person is dependable, communicates well with crews and dispatch, takes care of the equipment, and is comfortable working in Northern Alberta and remote project environments.
