Class 1 Driver

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Class 1 Driver to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely delivering and picking up loose soils and aggregates with an end dump and truck and pony trailer within the lower mainland. Your expertise will ensure timely deliveries, uphold safety standards, and maintain excellent customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate Class 1 commercial trucks to deliver freight to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load security Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including delivery logs, manifests, and incident reports Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues promptly Requirements Must have experience with end dumps and truck & pony Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with heavy or freight vehicles Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and safety procedures Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety standards Join us if you're ready to drive your career forward in a role that combines skillful driving with operational excellence.
