Class 1 Cross-Border Truck Driver — Home Daily

Cloverdale Fuel Ltd, in the wood by-products brokering and transport business since 1945, needs Class 1 truck drivers to haul wood products within Canada and across the US border. You'll run a livefloor trailer setup on a stable, year-round schedule and be home every night.

Home time
You'll be home daily. The company runs 7 days a week with both day and evening shifts available; early starts (as early as 2:30 am) are common.
What you'll haul
Wood products, moving loads both domestically and across the Canada/US border using well-maintained trailers and newer trucks.
Requirements
- Class 1 license with air endorsement
- At least 3 years of Class 1 driving experience
- Comfortable driving manual transmission only
- Must currently live in Canada and be able to cross the US border
- Able to work in winter conditions and use tire chains
- Able to lift 50 kg and clean out trailers
- Willing to take a DOT drug test and join the testing pool
- No allergy to cedar or wood dust
- Confident reading and writing English
