City Carrier Assistant

Responsibilities: - Deliver mail and packages to designated addresses along assigned routes - Load and unload mail and packages from vehicles - Sort and organize mail and packages for efficient delivery - Use manual transmission vehicles to navigate through traffic and deliver mail - Follow safety procedures to ensure the security of mail and packages - Provide excellent customer service by interacting with recipients in a professional manner Experience: - Previous experience as a mail carrier or courier is preferred but not required - Familiarity with route driving and navigating through various locations - Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy loads - Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus Full application available on USPS.com/careers Search for Burnsville.
