Job Responsibilities: Martin's Distribution delivers fresh produce and various dry-goods to local restaurants in the Greater Charlotte area and we are seeking passionate and motivated employees who are excited about preparing orders and delivering products to local restaurants! Loading trucks and delivering products to multiple restaurants each day Count and verify all delivered products with customer to ensure proper delivery Read and interpret customer orders accurately to locate and organize specific products in the warehouse to prepare for delivery Receive / organize supplier shipments and re-stock inventory with warehouse equipment Maintain food health and safety regulations when working with products Required qualifications: Valid Drivers License with clean driving record Ability to lift 50 pound boxes to a height of 3-4 feet and load them into a truck - physical ability to load and unload heavy cargo Time management to ensure deliveries are on-schedule Ability and motivation to learn industry specific skills Must be older than 18 years of age Preferred qualifications but not required: Ability to speak Spanish Experience driving trucks or box-trucks Licensed or Certified Forklift operator Experience with electric pallet jacks Martin's Distribution - Freshness you demand.
