We are currently seeking a high-caliber, fiercely disciplined, and commercially astute Operations Manager / Chief Operating Officer (COO) to command our remote regional infrastructure. Reporting directly to the principal Attending Owner on a weekly governance schedule, the incoming COO will assume absolute executive control over daily business operations, outbound business development management, and remote team workflows. This elite role is strictly reserved for an energetic leader with an expert command of linear corporate strategy, process improvement, and data-driven operational analysis. CORE ADMINISTRATIVE & MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES Outbound Workforce Construction: Recruit, build, and actively supervise an elite team of commission-based Sales Representatives to systematically capture enterprise brand accounts across all New York City boroughs. Specialist Procurement & Onboarding: Source, vet, and onboard certified remote Credit Processing Agents and performance-based Capital Advisors to fulfill complex client financial optimization tracks. Fulfillment Portfolio Oversight: Manage independent graphic designers, copywriters, and web developers on a per-project contract baseline, ensuring all corporate branding bundles are delivered on scope and within strict deadlines. Financial Control & Optimization: Review daily account pipelines, manage project management parameters, optimize resource allocation, and perform rigorous profit and loss analysis to continuously maximize corporate net margins. Data-Driven Reporting: Implement advanced data-driven decision-making frameworks to track team efficiency and deliver concise weekly metric updates to ownership. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Proven Executive Competency: Demonstrated experience in operational management, business development management, program management, or agency scaling operations. Financial & Analytical Acumen: Advanced expertise in budget management, forecasting, profit/loss analysis, and operational analysis metrics. Elite Communication Standards: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of engaging effectively with high-level stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams. Strategic Execution Management: A linear, strategic thinker with a passionate commitment to corporate excellence, process optimization, and large-scale organizational change management. Geographic Proximity: Must be locally based within the New York City metropolitan area to ensure immediate capability to coordinate face-to-face with corporate clients and evaluate physical media buying locations. COMPENSATION FRAMEWORK & PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES To maximize operational leverage and align executive incentives directly with corporate revenue milestones, this position is structured exclusively on a full performance-based commission and profit-share model.
