Chemical Blender

R enegade products (division of Maverick Abrasives) manufactures detailing chemicals for cleaning cars, trucks & boats. We are looking for an experienced blender to grow with us. ```Duties``` For Detailing Chemical Manufacturer - Operate blending equipment to mix and process ingredients according to established recipes and specifications - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMPs) to ensure product quality and safety - Monitor blending process, including temperature, pressure, and mixing time, to ensure optimal results - Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired product consistency and quality - Perform routine maintenance on blending equipment to ensure proper functioning - Clean and sanitize blending equipment and work area to maintain a clean and safe production environment - Record production data, including batch numbers, quantities, and any deviations from specifications ```Skills``` - Strong knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations and guidelines - Ability to fabricate and assemble components as required for blending equipment setup - Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and practices for efficient production processes - Experience operating a forklift for materials handling within a warehouse or manufacturing environment - Basic machining skills for minor adjustments or repairs on blending equipment - Proficiency in laboratory techniques for sample analysis and quality control purposes - Knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and packaging procedures Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
