Responsibilities Safely operate a variety of vehicles including luxury cars, limousines, shuttles, vans, and delivery trucks across designated local routes. Use GPS navigation and advanced navigation systems to plan efficient routes and adapt to traffic conditions in real-time. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with baggage, offering local insights, and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey. Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols to guarantee passenger safety at all times. Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Communicate effectively with clients to confirm schedules, address special requests, and provide a positive experience. AVAILABLE CHAUFFEUR POSITION Position 1: Professional Chauffeur – Miami, FL Location: Miami, FL 33137 Openings: 1 Chauffeur Schedule: 12-hour daily coverage, Monday–Sunday JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide professional chauffeur and private passenger transportation services. Safely transport clients to airports, hotels, corporate offices, private residences, special events, and other requested destinations. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude. Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles and handling luggage when needed. Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure passenger safety. Keep assigned vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for scheduled transportation. Plan routes using GPS navigation while monitoring traffic and road conditions. Arrive promptly for scheduled pickups and maintain communication regarding transportation assignments. Follow all traffic laws, transportation regulations, and company safety policies. Maintain passenger confidentiality and provide a comfortable, professional travel experience. Work cooperatively with dispatch and transportation management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Valid driver's license. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Must pass a criminal background check. Previous professional driving, chauffeur, limousine, black car, shuttle, or passenger transportation experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong knowledge of local roads, airports, hotels, and surrounding areas. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Comfortable using GPS navigation and mobile communication applications. Must meet all applicable licensing and insurance requirements.
