Print conference collateral (brochures, flyers, signage, handouts) and ship it to events on time. Verify every certificate for accuracy (names, credentials, dates) before it prints and before it ships. Pack and ship orders correctly, choose carriers and service levels, and create shipping labels. Ship in a timely and cost-effective manner: compare carrier rates, consolidate shipments, and avoid unnecessary rush fees. Track shipments, resolve delays, lost packages, and reprints quickly. Maintain printers and supplies; troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs. Planning and prioritization Plan print and ship schedules around deadlines, peak seasons, and large customer orders. Forecast paper, envelope, toner, and packaging needs and reorder before stock runs low. Adjust quickly when priorities change and keep orders moving without sacrificing accuracy. Spot recurring problems and suggest process improvements to save time and reduce errors. Back-room operations Keep the back room organized, labeled, and easy for anyone to navigate. Receive, unpack, and put away incoming deliveries; maintain accurate inventory counts. Keep supplies stocked for the team and the shipping station. Keep the space clean, safe, and clutter-free every day. Communication and technology Give clear, timely updates to internal teams and customers on order status, delays, and issues. Work closely with sales, customer support, and operations to meet commitments. Use order management, shipping, and inventory systems to process and track work. Keep accurate records and simple reports on volume, turnaround, and supply levels.
