CEO/Managing Director of Supply Chain Technology and Product Traceability Business

We are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead the development and growth of our supply chain technology and product traceability business. This role focuses on driving scalable digital solutions to improve supply chain transparency, product authenticity, operational efficiency, and data traceability. We prefer candidates who understand both enterprise technology and the real-world challenges faced by manufacturers, logistics providers, distributors, and international companies. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute business strategy and long-term growth plans. - Lead business operations, business development, and strategic partnerships. - Establish partnerships with manufacturers, logistics companies, technology providers, and enterprise clients. - Oversee the development and commercialization of digital product traceability solutions. - Build and manage a high-performing leadership team. - Set financial goals, operating budgets, and performance indicators. - Evaluate new markets, business opportunities, and potential strategic investments. - Ensure business complies with applicable regulatory and data protection requirements. Requirements - Extensive senior management experience in supply chain technology, logistics technology, enterprise software, or industrial digitalization. - A proven track record of driving business growth, managing operations, and building business partnerships. - Familiar with supply chain management, traceability systems, and digital transformation. - Experience managing cross-departmental teams and complex business projects. - Strong financial judgment and strategic decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in German and English as required for the position.
