About Us:
We are a fast-growing home services company committed to delivering exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing solutions. With a strong focus on quality, operational discipline, and customer satisfaction, we continue to expand rapidly across Canada.

As part of this growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Centralized Purchasing Supervisor to support and enhance procurement activities across our HVAC and plumbing divisions, ensuring consistent inventory availability while operating within established pricing and inventory guardrails.

Position Overview:
The Centralized Purchasing Supervisor plays a key role in managing equipment and material procurement across Right Time’s national branch network.  This role is responsible for generating purchase orders, maintaining agreed-upon inventory levels, and executing purchasing strategies within established pricing, vendor, and inventory guardrails.

This is a hands-on, analytical role suited to someone with strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of purchasing agreements, min/max inventory concepts, and how vendor-deals work.  While inventory ownership remains at the branch level, this role ensures consistency, availability, and discipline across centrally controlled SKUs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage purchase orders for centrally procured equipment and materials
  • Maintain agreed-upon min/max inventory levels across all branches for centrally controlled SKUs
  • Monitor inventory positions and consumption trends to ensure availability without overstocking
  • Execute purchasing activity in alignment with:
  • Vendor agreements
  • Pricing guardrails
  • Inventory policies
  •  Work closely with branches to:
    • Understand demand patterns
    • Resolve supply gaps or overages
    • Support seasonal and promotional needs
  • Track and reconcile purchasing activity against vendor agreements and pricing terms
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to support forecasting, planning, and cost control
  • Maintain purchasing and inventory tracking tools (primarily Excel-based)
  • Support data integrity and process consistency within ServiceTitan
  • Identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency, visibility, and standardization

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or inventory-related roles
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Purchasing agreements
  • Minimum/maximum inventory concepts
    • Pricing and volume-based deals

  • Advanced Excel skills (required)
  • Strong analytical and detail orientation
  • Ability to work within defined guardrails while managing competing priorities
  • Experience with ERP or field service systems (ServiceTitan an asset; training provided)
  • HVAC or home services industry experience is an asset but not required

Other:

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for branch alignment, vendor coordination, or process support
  • Strong service mindset with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and enabling branch operations through effective procurement

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and life insurance
  • Eligibility to participate in a Retirement Savings Plan
  • Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic and innovative setting
  • A close-knit, supportive work environment that values collaboration and creativity
