Central Supply / Purchasing Aide

Responsibilities: - Check and Maintain unit supply levels, replenishing unit supply as needed. Maintain supply of briefs and gowns on units - Maintain organization of main supply room, including rotation of stock supplies - Ensures timely delivery of materials and products. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Purchasing Director and suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels. - Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and returns. - Assist in the development and maintenance of supplier relationships. Experience - Previous experience preferred. - Familiarity with supply chain processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
