Central Supply and Medical Records Manager
Sava Senior CareRiverside Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a detail- oriented and organized Central Supply Clerk / Medical Records Manager to join our team in Trenton, NJ. This dual role position supports resident care by maintaining accurate medical records while ensuring essential medical supplies are stocked, organized and available. This position is full time working Monday - Friday 8:00AM -4:30PM. ________________________________________________________________ Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in medical records, central supply, Unit Clerk, Medical Clerk, or Healthcare, Administrative Assistant preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Experience with EHR systems (PointClickCare or similar preferred) Knowledge of HIPAA and medical documentation standards Strong organizational skills Ability to,push or pull supplies as needed Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment ________________________________________________________________ Job Responsibilities May Include: Central Supply Order, receive, and stock medical and facility supplies Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate par levels Distribute supplies to nursing departments as needed Track usage and report shortages or issues Maintain a clean, and organized supply area Medical Records Maintain accurate, organized, and up to date resident medical records Assemble, audit, and file medical charts in compliance with state and federal regulations Protect resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards Assist clinical and administrative staff with record requests and audits ________________________________________________________________ Why Choose Riverside Health and Rehab?
