Assist receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, operational and personnel policies and procedures. Makes recommendations on employment status. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with the data storage system Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results Establishing and maintain a positive work atmosphere. Operating forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment. Ensure all quality and production goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly. Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS At least one year of warehouse leadership experience Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. Ability to multitask and coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner Ability to work independently without a supervisor Flexibility with hours; ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates Ability to complete computer-based training.
