RoShay ServicesRole Overview: This position involves independently displaying and stocking products, contributing to the store's financial success, and ensuring an excellent guest experience while adhering to safety and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing merchandise. Properly stock, rotate, and merchandise shelves and displays. Notify management when products or supplies need replenishing. Maintain knowledge of products and their locations. Handle spoiled or damaged products following guidelines. Keep departments clean, attractive, and well-stocked, following safety and food safety protocols. Adhere to guest experience standards and safety guidelines. Perform tasks in other departments as needed and undertake additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred. Retail or related experience is advantageous. Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending, stooping, and twisting. The environment includes varied temperatures and outdoor conditions, with low to moderate noise levels.
