Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cement Truck Driver to join our team. In this vital role, you will operate heavy-duty commercial vehicles, including cement mixers and dump trucks, to transport and deliver concrete materials efficiently and safely across various construction sites. Your expertise in operating construction equipment and understanding of site safety protocols will ensure smooth project workflows and high-quality results. Duties Safely operate cement mixers, dump trucks, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment essential for concrete delivery and site preparation Transport ready-mix concrete from batching plants to construction sites with precision and timeliness Assist with concrete pouring, pumping, finishing, and forming activities to support project specifications Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Collaborate with construction crews to coordinate delivery schedules, site access, and material handling Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and operational activities for reporting purposes Follow all safety protocols, including proper rebar installation support and adherence to OSHA standards Qualifications Proven experience operating commercial vehicles such as cement mixers, dump trucks, and related heavy machinery on construction sites Strong knowledge of construction site safety procedures and equipment operation standards Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic vehicle or equipment issues promptly Familiarity with concrete pumping, finishing techniques, and rebar installation is highly desirable Valid commercial driver’s license ( Class A or Class B CDL ) with a clean driving record Must be legally qualified to operate a commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce . Must maintain a satisfactory driving record and meet all applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements. Must meet all applicable physical, medical, drug and alcohol testing, and licensing requirements. Experience working with concrete forming, paving projects, or excavation equipment such as excavators is a plus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards Join our team as a Cement Truck Driver if you’re passionate about construction work, eager to develop your skills in heavy equipment operation, and committed to delivering quality results on every project.
