CDL Water Truck Operator

Overview As a CDL Water Truck Operator, you’ll drive a water truck to support site operations, control dust, and deliver water safely where it’s needed. You’ll plan routes, inspect your vehicle, and coordinate loading and unloading while following applicable transportation and hazardous materials rules. Duties Operate a commercial truck, including a tanker, on local routes servicing site development operations. Load and unload water and related equipment; perform manual handling as needed. Inspect and maintain the truck when assigned. Follow Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Your impact: Safe, timely water delivery helps site teams manage dust and keep work moving. Requirements Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with Tanker Endorsement / Manual Endorsement along with verifiable experience with commercial truck driving and water truck operation. Ability to operate a tanker and manual-transmission vehicle; experience with truck loading and unloading is helpful. Familiarity with route driving Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations; hazmat and hazardous materials regulations experience is preferred. Ability to perform physical job duties pertaining to lifting, pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
