Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize health and safety by following all work practices and regulations.
• Visit 3-5 customer sites daily, providing essential services.
• Engage in manual labor to meet customer needs effectively.
• Complete all scheduled pickups and deliveries in a timely manner.
• Handle documentation and labeling accurately.
• Generate and follow up on leads for new products and services.
• Upsell additional offerings to existing customers and actively seek new accounts.
• Maintain primary ownership of accounts on your route.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during every service visit.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
• Operate vehicles safely per U.S. DOT standards.
• Follow all safety operating guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and math proficiency.
• Willingness to work an hourly schedule with potential overtime.
• Ability to obtain a HazMat endorsement (we will sponsor this).
• Capability to operate commercial vehicles in industrial environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience as a commercial driver.
• Existing HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• Prior HazMat experience is a plus.
• Route driving experience.
• Proficiency in operating a manual transmission.
• Business-to-business sales experience.
• Strong background in customer service.
