CDL Truck Driver / Owner Operator – Solo & Team

Job Overview Pantera Ground Logistics LLC is seeking experienced and dependable semi-truck drivers to join our growing transportation team. We are looking for safety-conscious, responsible, and professional drivers with verifiable experience operating commercial trucks in the United States. Available Driving Positions Solo Drivers: Over 3,500 miles per week. Team Drivers: Over 6,000 miles per week. Key Responsibilities Safely operate commercial tractor-trailers and assigned equipment on designated routes. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and proper operating conditions. Follow assigned routes, dispatch instructions, and delivery schedules. Operate on no-touch freight routes with drop-and-hook operations only; no driver loading or unloading required. Maintain clear communication with dispatch regarding deliveries, delays, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. Comply with all applicable DOT, FMCSA, and transportation safety regulations. Maintain equipment in good condition and promptly report any vehicle or cargo-related issues. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Previous tractor-trailer driving experience; OTR experience preferred. Good understanding of DOT and FMCSA safety regulations. Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and follow proper trailer coupling and uncoupling procedures. Familiarity with GPS navigation, route planning, and standard freight transportation procedures. Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment to safe driving practices. Experience with manual transmissions, refrigerated trailers, or specialized freight equipment is a plus.
