PAY & ROUTE OPTIONS OPTION 1: REGIONAL DEDICATED ROUTES $0.70 CPM – All Miles Paid (Loaded & Empty) Average 2,700–3,800 Miles Per Week Weekly Gross Pay: $1,890–$2,860 Before Bonuses Consistent, Year-Round Dedicated Freight Pre-Planned Loads – Minimal Downtime Flexible Home Time Most 34-Hour Resets at Home in Arizona OPTION 2: PHOENIX, AZ – LOS ANGELES, CA $550 Per Round Trip 3–4 Round Trips Per Week Weekly Gross Pay: $1,650–$2,200 Dedicated, Consistent Freight Regular Phoenix-Based Routes ADDITIONAL BONUSES Fuel Efficiency Bonus: Up to $0.04 CPM Quarterly Safety Bonus: $0.025 CPM Quarterly Retention Bonus: $0.025 CPM $1,000 Driver Referral Bonus $100 DOT Level 1 Inspection Bonus Bonuses are subject to eligibility and company requirements.
