CDL Truck Driver

Company: Labonte Disposal Position: Full-Time CDL Truck Driver Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday. Schedule may vary based on business needs. Work Location: In person Responsibilities Operate roll-off trucks for dumpster deliveries, pickups, and exchanges Operate front-load trucks for commercial trash collection routes Safely load, transport, and unload containers Complete assigned routes efficiently and safely Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations Properly secure and transport loads in accordance with safety requirements Maintain accurate route and service records as required Keep the truck and equipment clean and in good working condition Assist with other driving or disposal-related tasks as needed Qualifications Valid CDL required Clean driving record Previous roll-off and/or front-load experience preferred Reliable and dependable Ability to safely operate heavy equipment Strong knowledge of DOT safety requirements Ability to work independently and manage assigned routes Good communication and customer service skills Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position Position Details This is a full-time position involving both roll-off dumpster services and front-load commercial trash collection routes.
