CDL Roll Off Driver

Job Overview Navco Disposal is seeking an energetic and dedicated CDL Roll-Off Driver to join our team. In this role, you will operate specialized roll-off trucks to deliver, exchange, and retrieve dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites. We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded driver who takes pride in their work and provides excellent customer service. Previous roll-off dumpster truck driving experience is REQUIRED. Applicants without roll-off experience should not apply. Operating Hours: Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you are unable to work within these hours, please do not apply. This position requires safe driving practices, knowledge of DOT regulations, and a commitment to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Safely operate roll-off trucks in compliance with DOT regulations and state transportation laws. Deliver, exchange, load, and retrieve dumpsters at designated residential, commercial, and construction sites. Transport waste materials to designated disposal facilities. Maintain accurate records of daily routes, loads, and deliveries as required. Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including checks of air brakes, tires, and other critical components. Follow assigned routes efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety procedures. Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries, pickups, and exchanges. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional truck and work environment. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while safely handling daily job responsibilities. Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with the appropriate class and endorsements for the vehicle being operated. Previous roll-off dumpster truck driving experience is REQUIRED. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, traffic laws, and commercial driving safety requirements. Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and identify potential vehicle issues. Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to recognize maintenance concerns. Excellent defensive driving skills and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Professional communication and customer service skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. Ability to work Monday through Friday within our operating hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Join Our Team!
