What You’ll Earn
• Pay: $26.91/hr.
• $3,500 Sign-On Bonus ($1,500 at 60 days, $2,000 at 180 days)
• Guaranteed 40 hours every week
• Double time on weekends
• Premium pay for off-hour shifts

We’re hiring CDL A & B drivers to operate mixer trucks delivering ready-mix concrete across Charlotte and the surrounding areas. Whether you’ve got experience or just earned your CDL, this is your chance to grow, learn, and build a career that moves you forward.

(Available opportunities are based on business needs. If hired for a plant outside of Charlotte, ability to deliver to Charlotte is required)

• Mooresville
• Matthews
• Monroe
• Rock Hill, SC
• Lancaster, SC
What You’ll Do
• Deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites across Charlotte and nearby communities
• Safely operate and maintain a mixer truck
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure load quality
• Handle chute operations and assist with unloading
• Work closely with dispatch, contractors, and customers on-site
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards at all times

Job Requirements:
What You Need
• Valid Class A or B CDL
• Age 21+
• Safe driving record and solid work history
• Ability to perform physical job duties (lifting, climbing, chute handling)
• Strong focus on safety and customer service
