Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily fleet operations to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery Monitor driver schedules, routes, and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance Communicate with drivers to provide routing updates, load assignments, and support Track vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime Maintain accurate fleet records including driver logs, inspections, and DOT documentation Liaise with customers, shippers, and receivers to confirm load details and resolve issues Assist in ensuring compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety policies Requirements: Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred or strong CDL/trucking industry background Prior experience in fleet coordination, dispatching, or transportation logistics Solid understanding of DOT regulations, HOS rules, and FMCSA compliance Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-pressure environment Excellent communication skills for coordinating with drivers, customers, and management Proficiency with fleet management software, TMS platforms, or dispatch tools Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions About Us: Piergallini Trucking LLC is a trusted name in the trucking and transportation industry, proudly serving the Cadiz, OH area and beyond.
