CDL Dump Truck Driver - Manual Transmission

Craghold Hauling is a local dump truck company hauling asphalt, gravel, sand, dirt and construction materials for contractors around Central Arkansas. We need a dependable driver who can run a manual-transmission dump truck and knows that on a paving job, the whole crew is counting on the truck to show up on time. Pay: $21/hour What you'll do Drive a Mack dump truck with a manual transmission on local runs around Central Arkansas Haul asphalt, gravel, sand, dirt and other construction materials Do pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any truck problems right away Fill out load tickets completely and accurately, and turn them in at the end of each day Work safely around paving crews, loaders and other heavy equipment Requirements Valid CDL Class A or B with no "E" restriction (you must be legally able to drive a manual transmission) and no air brake restriction Dump truck driving experience Asphalt hauling experience Current DOT medical card Able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug test and a driving record (MVR) check Nice to have MSHA safety training Schedule: Local work, home daily. Early starts are normal, and some jobs run nights or weekends when the contractor needs it. Driver qualifications, driving history and insurance eligibility will be verified before hiring.
