Position Summary Krebs Land Development is seeking experienced CDL Dump Truck Drivers to safely transport materials to and from construction, mining, and land development projects. This position requires a dependable, safety-conscious individual who can operate equipment responsibly while representing our company professionally. Requirements Valid Class A or Class B CDL Minimum 2 years of dump truck driving experience Clean driving record preferred Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Strong commitment to safety and company policies Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed Essential Job Duties Safely operate CDL dump trucks on public roads and job sites Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections Identify and report mechanical issues, safety hazards, and needed repairs Load, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation Follow DOT, company, and site-specific safety regulations Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, mechanics, and customers Secure loads properly and inspect truck condition throughout the workday Perform minor cleaning and routine maintenance checks Work safely around heavy equipment, excavators, loaders, and construction traffic Physical Requirements Ability to sit and drive for extended periods Ability to frequently enter and exit the truck cab throughout the day Ability to climb steps and ladders safely Ability to inspect equipment, including opening and closing truck hoods and conducting walk-around inspections Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Benefits ✅ Health Insurance ✅ Dental Insurance ✅ Vision Insurance ✅ Life Insurance ✅ 401(k) with Company Match ✅ Paid Time Off ✅ Steady, Year-Round Work ✅ Safety-First Culture ✅ Advancement Opportunities Why Work for Krebs Land Development?
