CDL Driver / Sewer Laborer

Tri State Sewer Services is hiring a dependable CDL Driver / Sewer Laborer to join our field crew based in Wilmington, Delaware. This is NOT a driving-only position. You will operate specialized sewer vehicles and work alongside the crew performing hands-on field work. What You’ll Do Drive and operate specialized CDL-required sewer vehicles Load, unload, move, and carry cement/material bags weighing up to 50 lbs Assist with sewer cleaning, inspection, rehabilitation, and general field work Perform confined-space entry when required Enter and work inside pipes that may be as small as 36 inches in diameter Assist with equipment setup, loading, unloading, and cleanup Work outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions Follow company, DOT, OSHA, and jobsite safety procedures Travel Requirement This position requires out-of-state travel. Projects may require the crew to work away from Wilmington for several weeks and, in some cases, several months at a time. Applicants must be willing and able to travel and remain out of state for extended project assignments when required. Requirements Valid CDL Acceptable driving record No tanker endorsement required Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs Physically able and willing to perform confined-space and pipe-entry work Comfortable working in sewer and underground utility environments Available for extended out-of-state travel Dependable with reliable attendance Willing to perform physical labor in addition to driving Must meet applicable DOT requirements Pay & Benefits $25.00 per hour Full-time Health insurance 401(k) Steady work with a growing sewer services company We are looking for someone who understands that this job involves driving, physical labor, confined-space work, and travel.
