We are looking for a motivated, results-driven CDL Driver Recruiter to join our team in Country Club Hills, IL. Key Responsibilities Recruit qualified CDL Class A drivers, including Owner-Operators, Company Drivers, and Lease-to-Purchase drivers. Manage incoming driver applications and follow up with potential candidates. Make outbound calls to prospective drivers and generate new recruiting opportunities. Guide candidates through the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding. Explain company programs, compensation packages, and available driving opportunities. Maintain accurate candidate records in our recruiting and CRM systems. Work closely with Safety, Dispatch, and Fleet Management departments. Meet and exceed monthly driver hiring and retention goals. Build strong relationships with drivers and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruiting process. Qualifications Previous experience in CDL driver recruiting or the trucking industry is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales mindset and ability to work toward performance targets. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Comfortable making high-volume phone calls and following up with leads. Basic computer skills and experience with recruiting software or CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual candidates are welcome.
