CDL Driver Recruiter – Flatbed / Step-Deck (On-Site, Elgin, IL)

UE LINE INC is looking for a highly experienced CDL Driver Recruiter to join our team in Elgin, IL. ( OFFICE ONLY ) This is not just an application-processing position. We are looking for a strong recruiter and closer — someone who knows how to sell an opportunity, build trust with drivers, follow up consistently, overcome objections, and turn qualified leads into hires. Full-Time | On-Site | 1099 Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM WHAT YOU’LL DO Recruit CDL Class A Flatbed & Step-Deck drivers Manage the full recruiting process from first contact to hire Build relationships and confidently present UE LINE to drivers Follow up aggressively and consistently with qualified candidates Pre-qualify drivers based on experience, MVR and company requirements Clearly explain pay, equipment, home time and expectations Coordinate with Safety and HR throughout the qualification process Maintain accurate candidate information in Tenstreet and internal systems WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Proven CDL driver recruiting experience Strong experience recruiting Flatbed/Step-Deck/Open-Deck drivers Strong sales, persuasion and closing skills Someone competitive, motivated and hungry to produce results Excellent English and communication skills Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities Solid understanding of the trucking industry and FMCSA hiring requirements Tenstreet experience preferred WHAT WE OFFER Strong earning potential — top-performing recruiters can earn $2,500+ per week Established trucking company and experienced team behind you Strong recruiting support and structure Long-term stability Opportunity to grow within UE LINE INC We are looking for someone who knows how to CLOSE.
