CDL Driver - Local Pickups & Deliveries

This is a local CDL role —you’ll be home every night—but when you’re not behind the wheel, you’re in the operation making it better . What You’ll Do Execute local pickups and deliveries safely and on time Load, secure, and unload materials (steel, equipment, components) Work directly with shipping & receiving to keep flow moving Support inventory control, kitting, and material organization Assist in yard organization and material staging Ensure all deliveries and receipts are accurately tracked in ERP Communicate proactively—no surprises, no missed deadlines What This Job Is (And Isn’t) Fast-paced, hands-on, part of the operation Critical to keeping production running Not a “sit in the truck and wait” job Not for low-energy or high-maintenance individuals What We’re Looking For Valid CDL (Class A or B) with clean driving record Proven ability to work hard without supervision Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a manufacturing / shop environment Physically capable of handling materials and equipment Team-first mindset— everyone is a problem solver Takes ownership: if something needs done, you do it Bonus Points If You Have experience with forklifts, rigging, or flatbed loads Understand inventory systems / ERP transactions Come from a steel, construction, or manufacturing environment What You Get Competitive pay (we pay for performance) Full-time, steady work— home every night A team that moves fast and expects results Opportunity to grow with one of the fastest-scaling operations in the industry Bottom Line We don’t babysit.
