CDL Driver/ Laborer

CDL Driver / Laborer – $50.00 Per HourJob Overview Ramp Construction Company, Inc. , an established commercial roofing contractor, is seeking a dependable and hardworking CDL Driver / Laborer to join our team. This position combines CDL driving with hands-on construction and roofing support. The CDL Driver/Laborer will be responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and supplies to commercial roofing projects while also assisting crews with general labor and job-site operations. This is not a driving-only position . The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working both behind the wheel and alongside our crews in the field. Pay: $50.00 per hour Responsibilities Safely operate company CDL trucks and commercial vehicles Transport roofing materials, equipment, tools, and supplies to and from job sites Load and unload trucks and materials Deliver materials and equipment to commercial roofing projects Assist roofing crews with general labor and job-site duties when not driving Help move, stage, and organize roofing materials and equipment Assist with job-site setup and cleanup Perform routine inspections of trucks and equipment Secure loads properly and ensure materials are transported safely Maintain required driver logs and documentation Follow all DOT, company, and job-site safety requirements Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Travel to job sites throughout Western Pennsylvania and surrounding areas as needed Qualifications Valid CDL required Acceptable driving record Experience operating commercial trucks and construction equipment preferred Construction or commercial roofing experience is a plus, but not required Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving construction materials Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Ability to work effectively as part of a crew Willingness to assist wherever needed to keep projects moving efficiently Compensation $50.00 per hour Ramp Construction Company, Inc. offers an opportunity to join an established commercial roofing company with steady work and competitive pay.
