CDL Driver / Heavy Equipment Operator

Glen-Gery is seeking a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious CDL Driver / Heavy Equipment Operator to support daily operational needs. This position requires operating CDL-class vehicles and various types of heavy equipment as part of general business operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate CDL-class vehicles safely and effectively Operate heavy equipment as needed Assist with loading and unloading materials Support general operational and yard/warehouse activities Maintain equipment through daily checks and reporting issues Follow all company safety and housekeeping practices Perform other duties as assigned ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational, basic math, and computer skills Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and CDL-class vehicles Self-motivated and able to work independently Safety focused Ability to lift up to 80 pounds QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma, GED, or Technical Trade One to two years of experience with material handling, driving, or equipment operation preferred CDL Class A with Air Brakes required This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and the employee may be required to perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by management.
