CDL Driver/Forklift Operator

PACE is looking for an experienced, dependable CDL Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team in Odessa, Texas. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable operating commercial vehicles and forklifts in a fast-paced oilfield/service environment. We are looking for someone who takes safety, reliability, equipment care, and professionalism seriously. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Applicants MUST meet BOTH of the following requirements to be considered: Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience Applicants who do not meet both minimum experience requirements will not be considered. Job Responsibilities Safely operate company commercial vehicles as assigned Safely operate forklifts for loading, unloading, moving, and staging materials and equipment Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently Secure loads properly before transport Assist with receiving, staging, organizing, and moving equipment and materials Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate driver paperwork, tickets, and required documentation Inspect forklifts and other assigned equipment before use Keep trucks, forklifts, and work areas clean and organized Report equipment damage, mechanical concerns, or safety issues immediately Follow all company, customer, DOT, and jobsite safety requirements Assist with additional yard, warehouse, and field duties as needed Required Qualifications Valid CDL with at least 2 years of CDL driving experience At least 2 years of verifiable forklift operating experience Acceptable driving record Ability to safely load, unload, and handle materials and equipment Strong understanding of workplace and equipment safety Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work in an oilfield/service environment Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers What We're Looking For We want someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, hardworking, and takes pride in the equipment they operate.
