CDL Driver/Equipment Operator/Mechanic

Join Our Team! Coastline Concrete & Infrastructure (CCI) is seeking a dependable, hands-on CDL Driver / Equipment Operator / Mechanic to support our commercial concrete construction operations. This position combines CDL driving, equipment operation, and basic mechanical maintenance. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, a self-starter, versatile, and willing to support field operations wherever needed. Load, secure, and unload equipment and materials. Operate construction equipment, including skid steers, loaders, excavators, and other equipment as needed. Support concrete construction operations, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment coordination. Perform required vehicle and equipment inspections. Complete routine preventive maintenance and minor mechanical repairs on trucks and construction equipment. Identify equipment issues and coordinate additional repairs when necessary. Assist field crews with jobsite logistics and general construction activities. Maintain required DOT documentation and comply with applicable safety regulations. Perform additional field operations duties as needed. What We're Looking For Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record. Must be at least 21 years old for interstate commercial driving. Ability to meet applicable DOT driver qualifications. Experience operating construction equipment; concrete construction experience preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs. Experience in commercial concrete or related construction preferred. Knowledge of DOT regulations and construction safety practices. Ability to safely load, secure, and transport equipment and materials. Dependable, flexible, and willing to support various field operations activities. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work. Availability to work overtime as project needs require. Why Join CCI?
