CDL Driver – Dump Truck / Tractor Trailer / Tanker Finish Line Construction, Inc. (dba Finish Line Environmental) Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Pay: Based on experience and qualifications ($20 to $29 per hour) Job Overview Finish Line Construction is seeking a reliable, experienced Class A or Class B CDL Driver to transport construction materials, equipment, and supplies to jobsites throughout Virginia and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate has experience operating manual transmission commercial trucks, understands construction site operations, and is comfortable working around heavy equipment. Responsibilities Safely operate dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and tanker trucks as assigned. Haul soil, stone, construction materials, and heavy equipment between jobsites. Perform daily vehicle inspections and comply with DOT regulations. Properly secure loads and assist with loading and unloading. Operate loaders, excavators, skid steers, or other equipment when needed and qualified. Perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues. Coordinate with foremen and project managers to support daily operations. Requirements Valid Class A or Class B CDL required. Must be able to drive manual transmission trucks. Commercial driving experience and safe driving record required. Tanker endorsement preferred. Construction or heavy equipment experience preferred. Mechanical knowledge and basic maintenance skills are a plus. Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Must report to the company shop every morning, Monday through Friday. Compensation & Schedule Competitive pay based on experience, CDL classification, and qualifications. Full-time, Monday through Friday. Overtime opportunities based on project needs.
