CDL Driver - Dually, Flatbed Trailer & Field Ops

Preferred Qualifications West Texas resident, particularly near Mentone. Oilfield, water transfer, or water treatment experience. Flatbed equipment hauling, machinery operation, and experience on lease roads or remote job sites. Required Qualifications Valid CDL appropriate for the assigned truck and trailer. Class A is required for combinations meeting Class A weight thresholds; Terra will confirm fleet ratings before finalizing assignments. License restrictions compatible with the assigned brake systems, coupling, and transmission. Air brake qualification is not required for this assignment; air brake qualified candidates are welcome. Meet applicable driver qualification and medical certification requirements. Motor vehicle record and background screening acceptable under Terra’s approved hiring and insurance criteria. Complete required drug testing and Clearinghouse screening and remain eligible for safety-sensitive driving duties. Demonstrate safe driving, backing, coupling, inspection, and load-securement skills; follow instructions and complete required records. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Work outdoors in heat, cold, dust, wind, and on uneven terrain. Duties include climbing into equipment, walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and handling tools, hose, and equipment. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Use team lifts or mechanical assistance when appropriate. Qualification Records and Final Review Terra OFS maintains driver qualification and drug and alcohol testing records. Tanker and hazmat endorsements are not anticipated for ordinary machinery and equipment assignments; additional requirements will be evaluated if cargo changes.
