CDL Driver / Drain Technician Apprentice

Job Description: Location: Anchorage, Alaska Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round Work Pay: $25–$30 per hour + commission/bonus Estimated Annual Earnings: $52,000–$62,000 a year based on performance, with room to grow as you advance Get Trained for a Career. We’re hiring a CDL Driver who wants more than just a driving job. You’ll run our service trucks, support our drain technicians in the field, and learn the drain and sewer trade from the ground up. Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. And more! What You’ll Do Drive and operate company service trucks safely around Anchorage. Run grease trap pumping and portable toilet service routes. Assist Drain Technicians on drain cleaning, snaking, and sewer line jobs. Learn to operate hydro jetting equipment and sewer inspection cameras. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep trucks, tools, and equipment maintained. Communicate professionally with customers on service calls. What We’re Looking For Valid Class A CDL (Class B considered). Clean driving record and current DOT medical card. No drain cleaning experience required. We’ll train the right person. Willingness to work hands-on, in all weather, and to get dirty. Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn. A positive attitude and willingness to support the team. Schedule & Availability This is a full-time position requiring every-other-weekend availability and participation in an on-call rotation every other week, including emergency service calls. We believe in being upfront about expectations because a good working relationship starts with honesty. Relocation Assistance Qualified out-of-state candidates receive company-paid airfare to Anchorage, 60 days of company-paid housing, and one company-paid round-trip flight home annually.
