CDL Driver / Construction Laborer

Job Overview Kimbrell Electric is looking for a motivated, dependable, and punctual individual with a valid CDL to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable operating dump trucks and water trucks while also working alongside our crews on active construction jobsites. Job Responsibilities Operate dump trucks and water trucks safely and efficiently. Haul materials, debris, and other materials as needed for various projects. Assist with underground dry utility installation and other construction activities. Work as a pipe layer/laborer when truck driving or excavation haul-off is not required. Assist with general labor and various project needs on the jobsite. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Work cooperatively with supervisors and other crew members. Important This is NOT a driving-only position . A CDL is required for this role, but the individual will also be expected to perform physical labor and assist with construction activities on the jobsite when driving duties are not needed. Candidates should be willing and able to work as part of the crew and assist wherever needed. Qualifications Valid CDL license required. Previous experience operating dump trucks and/or water trucks preferred. Construction or underground utility experience is a plus. Experience with pipe laying, underground utilities, or general construction labor is preferred. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding labor. Must be able to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team. Commitment to working safely and responsibly.
