Core Duties Navigate commercial trucks with care to promote a secure environment for all road users. Deliver freight to specified destinations according to set schedules. Perform thorough vehicle checks before and after every trip to verify regulatory compliance. Keep precise documentation for all shipments, such as delivery logs and receipts. Coordinate clearly with dispatch teams and clients to manage delivery timelines and address any logistical challenges. Support the loading and unloading process to ensure cargo is handled correctly. Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working order. Follow all internal guidelines and safety standards to maintain operational integrity. Required Qualifications Possession of a current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a history of safe driving. At least two years of relevant driving experience is preferred. Deep understanding of how to operate trucks and trailers while following safety rules. Physical capability to manage heavy lifting and other manual tasks. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities. Ability to resolve issues independently while on the road. Availability to handle a flexible schedule, which may include weekend or night shifts. Completion of high school or a GED; extra professional certifications are viewed favorably.
