OutsourceCDL-A OTR Team Driver – FedEx Routes Job Description Outsource Service LLC (OSS) is seeking experienced and dependable CDL-A OTR Team Drivers for long-term/direct-hire opportunities supporting FedEx transportation routes. Drivers will operate as part of a team, traveling interstate from one FedEx location to another. Team drivers will alternate driving responsibilities to keep freight moving and meet scheduled destination times. Locations: Phoenix, AZ – 1 Driver needed Houston, TX – 2 Drivers needed Schedule: Drivers may start Monday night/Tuesday morning and return Saturday/Sunday. There may also be opportunities for schedules involving approximately two weeks on the road. Pay: Solo Driver: $0.70 per mile Two-Driver Team: $0.90 per mile Responsibilities & Requirements: Valid Class A CDL Minimum 1 year of driving experience Doubles endorsement required Safely operate interstate routes between FedEx locations Work effectively as part of a two-driver team Maintain a good driver safety record Must pass required drug screening and background check English-speaking or bilingual Team-driving experience is a plus Dependable and able to meet scheduled delivery times Comfortable with OTR travel and extended time on the road Position Type: Long-term / Direct Hire Qualified drivers with a strong safety record and the required CDL-A credentials are encouraged to apply.
