CDL Driver
City Haul Trucking and Brokerages Inc..Overview Join our team as a CDL Driver and keep freight moving safely and reliably. You’ll operate commercial trucks on local and over-the-road (OTR) routes, use GPS navigation to plan and follow routes, and handle cargo with care. Assignments may involve refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or automobile transportation, depending on operational needs. Your impact: Safe, timely deliveries help customers receive their freight in good condition and keep supply chains moving. Duties Drive tractor-trailers and other commercial vehicles for delivery and route driving. Load, unload, and secure freight; perform manual handling as needed. Follow assigned routes, use GPS navigation, and report delays or vehicle concerns. Transport hazardous materials or dangerous goods when assigned, following applicable requirements. Inspect vehicles and maintain required records in line with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. Experience Commercial truck driving, truck driving, commercial driving, or delivery driver experience is relevant. Ability to drive a manual transmission and safely operate a tractor-trailer is required. Knowledge of logistics cargo handling, truck loading and unloading, and freight securement is valuable. Familiarity with hazardous materials regulations is needed for applicable assignments; Hazmat qualifications may be required. Experience with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or automobile transportation is preferred. Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Work Location: On the road
