CDL Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate — Class B Minimum

About Us Casa Rodriguez is a building materials supplier with locations in Brownsville and McAllen, proudly serving our community for over 20 years. We are looking for a dependable, professional driver to join our McAllen operations team. Position Overview We are seeking a Class A or Class B CDL Driver to deliver building materials to customers and job sites, operate a truck-mounted piggyback forklift, and assist with warehouse operations between deliveries. This is a hands-on position that includes driving, loading, unloading, and supporting the warehouse team. Responsibilities Safely operate company delivery trucks. Deliver building materials to customers and job sites professionally and on time. Operate a truck-mounted piggyback forklift to load and unload deliveries. Secure loads and verify materials against delivery paperwork. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report vehicle issues. Complete delivery paperwork and follow applicable DOT and company safety requirements. Prepare and stage orders and assist customers with pickups. Help organize inventory and maintain a clean warehouse and yard. Perform other duties as needed to support the team. Requirements Valid Class B CDL or higher required; Class A also accepted. Good driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements. Current DOT medical certification. Delivery truck experience preferred. Piggyback forklift experience preferred; willingness to learn required. Ability to safely handle heavy building materials and work outdoors. Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
