CDL delivery Driver

CDL Driver – Wide Load / Portable Greenhouse Delivery We are looking for a dependable and experienced CDL Driver to join our team delivering portable greenhouses throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. This position involves transporting oversized/wide-load portable greenhouses, so we are looking for someone who is safety-conscious, responsible, and comfortable handling specialized loads. What We Offer Home every night Local/regional routes – no overnight OTR driving Consistent work Opportunity to work independently Family-oriented work environment Job Responsibilities Safely transport and deliver portable greenhouses Operate a commercial vehicle while hauling wide/oversized loads Travel throughout NC, SC, VA, and WV Properly secure and inspect loads before transportation Follow all DOT, CDL, and oversized-load requirements Maintain accurate driver logs and required paperwork Perform routine vehicle and trailer inspections Handle minor/basic maintenance and report mechanical issues Assist with loading, unloading, and delivery as needed Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers Requirements Valid CDL required Clean and acceptable driving record Must be comfortable hauling wide/oversized loads Must understand and comply with DOT regulations and CDL requirements Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be capable of moderate physical activity associated with deliveries Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible Must be able to keep accurate logs and paperwork Basic knowledge of truck and trailer maintenance is preferred Schedule This is a home-every-night driving position. Routes will vary depending on scheduled deliveries throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. We are looking for someone who takes care of their equipment, takes pride in doing the job correctly, and understands the responsibility that comes with operating a CDL vehicle and transporting oversized loads.
