In this vital role, you will operate a Mack MD7 vehicle to efficiently collect waste from designated routes. Your expertise in commercial driving will ensure safe, timely pickups while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dependable CDL Route Driver to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will operate various commercial trucks—including front loader, rear loader, and roll-off trucks—to efficiently collect waste and recyclable materials from designated routes. Your dedication will help ensure safe, reliable service while adhering to all safety and traffic regulations. Responsibilities: Operate Mack MD7 to safely collect from commercial customers Operate 1 ton pick up truck & dump trailer as well as a step van to safely collect from residential customers Navigate urban and suburban environments, including narrow streets and high-traffic areas Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of your truck and work areas Deliver courteous and efficient service while interacting with customers and the public Communicate effectively with Dispatch and Management regarding any issues or interruptions Participate in training programs to ensure safe and efficient operations Qualifications Valid Class A or B CDL license A motor vehicle record (MVR) that has no violations, accidents, or convictions for at least the past five years High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 25 years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S. Ability to repeatedly bend, twist, lift, throw, push, pull and exert physical effort in handling objects more than 75 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Capable motor coordination: arm, hand, legs.
