POSITION DETAILS Job Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $24.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: No night shifts Overtime: Opportunities available Location: Cottonwood, AZ, with work at multiple service locations WHAT WE OFFER Full-time employment Monday–Friday work schedule No night shifts Overtime opportunities 401(k) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Opportunity to work with a small, family-owned company that values its employees JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate garbage front-load trucks and/or roll-off trucks. Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift, load, and transport refuse. Occasionally pull and move heavy dumpsters. Follow assigned routes and service customers as directed. Complete route sheets, activity logs, and required documentation. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Identify and report mechanical issues, safety concerns, accidents, or incidents to dispatch. Follow all applicable DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies. Provide courteous, professional service to customers and maintain positive working relationships with team members. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Valid CDL Class B license (required) . Previous commercial driving experience preferred. Strong commitment to safe and responsible driving. Good driving record with no recent moving violations. Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including occasional heavy lifting and moving dumpsters. Ability to read route sheets, follow directions, and meet service schedules. Basic vehicle inspection and preventative maintenance knowledge. Dependable, adaptable, and able to handle changing road, traffic, and weather conditions. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
