We are looking for a dependable CDL Class B Route Sales Representative to deliver ice cream and frozen products, manage an established local route, and build lasting relationships with customers. This is more than a driving job. You’ll be the face of Davis Ice Cream for the businesses you serve—providing dependable service, managing deliveries, and earning commission through route sales. With established customers, local routes, and daily home time, this role offers the stability of a consistent territory with the earning opportunity of a sales position. Estimated annual earnings of approximately $55,000 , including base pay and commission $700 weekly base pay plus 5% commission on sales Local, established routes with daily home time Biweekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Company match on 401(k) contributions Company-paid $50,000 life and AD&D insurance Paid time off and paid training Family-owned, team-oriented work environment What you’ll do Drive an assigned local route and deliver ice cream and frozen products to retail customers Load, unload, and handle products safely and efficiently Provide reliable, professional service to customers on your route Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow route sales Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule Collect and reconcile payments or invoices when needed Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Keep the assigned vehicle clean and report maintenance or safety concerns Maintain accurate route logs, expense records, and sales documentation Follow all DOT, traffic, and company safety requirements What you’ll bring Valid Class B CDL and a driving record suitable for company requirements; a 3-year MVR is required Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Card Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage an assigned route Dependability, organization, and a safety-first mindset Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Willingness to work occasional weekends or during peak seasons Ready to take the wheel?
